===============================
My ZenFone 9 suddenly shutting down due to “out of battery” whenever in use (moving in home page, tethering hotspot, opening setting, opening application, etc.) and it cannot boot despite there are still a lot of remaining battery left.
Once plugged into a charger, the screen will turn on and indicating there are still remaining power (exactly the same with the last remaining power before forced to shutting down). It can continue to be functioning as long it is plugged.
However, the charging behavior also become weird as the charging status would read as “connected but not charging”. The charging status keep alternating between “on” and “off” (sometimes increasing percentage, but mostly just stuck).
If its not plugged to the charger regardless the remaining battery power, it will suddenly be shutting down again and the cycle repeat as above-mentioned.
The Battery Care displaying the battery in good condition and good charging habits, and I’m pretty sure I never made any changes to the battery setting whatsoever.
I’ve upload my General Log in googledrive but im not sure if i can post the link directly here (exported right after the last shut down earlier today, while the screenshot made just now ).
Thanks in advance.
