After about 3 months, my Xenfone 10 had itermittant problems reading the SIM. After about a month of that, it just stopped altogether. Switch back to an old phone and am now trying to get support to fix my device and they're saying the only support for the device is in Taiwan and I have to use Taiwanese support... which is only in Chinese.
The support chat rep I'm with linked me a warranty that says "Some service and/or spare parts may not be available in all countries." as the reason they don't need to honor any warranty, despite their site warranty look up confirming it's in warranty.
Anyone had any luck getting support for the Xenfone in the US? Anyone know a way to repair the sim reader on this device? I haven't taken one of these apart, but I don't think I've ever seen one that isn't part of the main board in... quite a while.
