Stay on lock screen option

Hi. 

Is there any possible way to add "stay on lock screen" option to settings. In case if impossible - where I can submit "feature request"?

Yeah i would like the same feature
Unlocking the phone per face or fingerprint but the lock screen is staying until i make a gesture to "wipe it away".
IOS has the same default behavior.
