Stay on lock screen option

Is there any possible way to add "stay on lock screen" option to settings. In case if impossible - where I can submit "feature request"?

How do you unlock your phone? Have you set a pattern, pin, or password? Have you enabled fingerprint unlock or face recognition?

Generally I use fingerprint to unlock. Face recognition is disabled

Have you tried enabling 'double tap to wake up' under the gestures settings?
Settings>Advanced>Gestures>Screen On

"double tap to wake up" awake screen and shows notifications w/o content, but I want to unlock phone and see notification content on lockscreen
