Scroll with the side button

Hey guys, is it possible for us to have the ability to actually scroll various apps (messengers, web browsers, social media) with the side button?
I know you have it like "HOME/END" scroll mode at the moment and it works in browsers exclusively, but actual scrolling with it (PAGE UP/PAGE DOWN) would be a blast!

I feel like this is what "ZenTouch" was advertised as when the phone was first announced, and would be sick. Right now it's only useful for the notification shade
