I had my phone next to me on the table, I needed to use it and the screen was just black, even though my charge was never low or anything, holding the power button does nothing and putting it into the charger does nothing.
Hey @devilcat_7, you can try to charge your phone for around 30 minutes or so and then hold down the power button for a few seconds to restart it. If the process fails, then please contact your nearest ASUS Service Center.
I had a black screen one of the first days of use too. And it had plenty of battery. I just simply held the power button for 10 seconds and the device rebooted and worked fine. Haven't had it since - but it was a little worrisome, I'll say.
