I have used this phone now for several months, but still have problems with sound/audio when I put on the speaker......there seems to be some noise filter that DON'T work properly. There have been several thread's here on this site which has discussed the same problem.
This is such a big problem for me that I am seriously considering buying myself a new phone........
I have created a log file(,19595+=) regarding this issue. Witch moderator from Asus should I share this file with?

Any workaround in development mode?
Please advice.

3 weeks and no reply? I am guessing you need to return the phone as it is not working as expected.  These exact issues are why I am sending mine back.

Hi Mike. Well, finally............... This is the response:

"no abnormal problems were detected. However, the team suggested updating to A13 first and then observe to see if there are still any problems."

I have now upgraded OS from A12 to A13  WW-33.0804.2060.88 . After some days now it seems the problem I have experienced has been solved!. All my call receivers tell me that the audio quality is much better compared to previous calls. Thank you for your support. 🙂
