3 weeks and no reply? I am guessing you need to return the phone as it is not working as expected. These exact issues are why I am sending mine back.

Hi Mike. Well, finally............... This is the response:
"no abnormal problems were detected. However, the team suggested updating to A13 first and then observe to see if there are still any problems."

I have now upgraded OS from A12 to A13 WW-33.0804.2060.88 . After some days now it seems the problem I have experienced has been solved!. All my call receivers tell me that the audio quality is much better compared to previous calls. Thank you for your support. 🙂
