Dual sim - fast disable sim 2

is it possible to add a button to the notification panel (dropped down from the top of the screen), which one I will be able to fast enable or disable sim card 1 or 2? 
Alternatively, create such shortcut to desktop?

Ok, I Just find how to add shortcut to sim card in Nova. 

But is it possible to add this to notification panel?
