Bluetooth Audio Glitch and Laggy

After update to Android14, when playing music via wired headphone the audio was glitch and laggy, especially via wireless bluetooth audio. Incoming notification make it glicth and laggy too.

I used ATH-MSR7B, Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro and Sony MDR-EX155AP

Well I keep getting weak Bluetooth signal message periodically on my rav4 when I connect it to my z9.
