Hi! I have Zenfone 9 almost 2 months and in general, this is perfect phone except video from camera. As you can see on recorded video for test (4K 60fps), quality is good, but there is a lot of lags, drops, miss frames, looks like choppy video or sth like that. The same issue is with 1080 60fps. I recorded video on holiday and it looks like crap -.-
You can see problem, when I track cars and when I turn around. No matter stabilization is on/off or I have perfect light, problem still exist. FPS limiter is off in settings, HDR off too. I cleared app cache, made clean Android 13 (the same was on 12). First lag: 14 second - look all the time on white bus, the how picture looks when I move camera to the right. Then blue bus and rest cars - lag too. Then I track cars to the left and it goes lag too. Finally I moves camera to see the building and there is a lot of lag too.
Here is video on YouTube:

Do you have the same problem or it's my model? I wrote about it in photo thread, but now the problem intensifies.

A good example in your clip is at 20 seconds, when the grey car goes behind the pole, if you advance frame by frame you can see there's a dropped/duplicate frame. Then again as the car is about to go past the pole entirely there's another 2 dropped/duplicate frames. Then multiple others as you keep watching that specific car continue. This may not seem like a big deal to most people - but others are more sensitive to seeing this and it can 100% ruin a shot if you're going for a smooth "cinematic" pan or dolly. Totally fights against the purpose of having a gyro for smooth shots too.
It'd be great to get a response from ASUS on this + other camera related issues

Now the same place, but sunny day and here we go:

And orginal:

0:14-0:15 looks like lag but it's missing one frame, you can see it when play this fragment frame by frame,
0:16-0:17 no frame when the car is between clock and pole,
0:18-019 the same thing when the second black car is in the same place as above
And I think it's enough examples, because the rest of video has the same problem every few seconds. You can check too how many frames Windows properties show, this video has 59,72 frames. It's not 60...

Have you tried getting directly in touch with them about it? Seems like they don't really bother much on the forums in relation to camera issues for some reason which is worrying.
It seems to be happening less frequently in this example, I'm not sure why. Do you have lots of apps open when you're doing this? And 8GB or 16GB of RAM? I wonder if something like that is causing it. It's frustrating to see for sure.
