abnormal sound effect and frequent cracking noise

The sound effect immediately after plugging into a charger is missing. Instead it becomes cracking noise.  When listening to music or watching youtube, cracking noise happens frequently. I am not sure android 14 related or not. The android 14 update happened a week ago.

I tested with headphones connected to usb-c and didn't hear static noise. However, I am not 100% sure. My test only lasted for a few minutes.

It looks like the static noise comes from the phone speakers only.  Hey Asus, do something to fix the static noise. So annoying.
