abnormal sound effect and frequent cracking noise

The sound effect immediately after plugging into a charger is missing. Instead it becomes cracking noise.  When listening to music or watching youtube, cracking noise happens frequently. I am not sure android 14 related or not. The android 14 update happened a week ago.

The cracking noise happened even my zenfone 9 was idle in locked mode.

Do you hear the cracking sound, while using the headphones or does it happen while using the phone speaker too?

I never used headphones. So I don't know.

It can be clearly heard from phone speaker. The sound is like the static noise due to radio interference. I bought it (my zenfone 9) in September 2023. It had been working good regarding the audio/sound until the update to android 14 about 2 weeks ago.
