Zenfone 8 reboots using streaming apps

I'm using both Netflix and Viu. The phone will randomly reboot whenever I'm using these apps especially when I pause, or finish an episode and walks to delete.
Sent the phone in for servicing but the response was"could not replicate phenomenal". Strangely though, the problem disappeared after the servicing but came back after the latest update.
Anyone else with that problem? FYI reset doesn't work.

Could you tell me your firmware version? You can find your firmware version in:
Settings > System > About phone > Software information
You could also try clearing apps cache.
Let me know if you still encounter this.

Cleared this, cleared that, cleared everything, even reset a few times, nothing works.
