gard.sebastienTried resetting apn settings?Hi All,
I have an issue with my brand new zenfone 8. I can't get mobile data to work with my curent provider (UPC Switzerland).
I have tried lots of thing:
- removing, putting again the sim card (which works with another phone)
- Disable, re-enabling mobile data
- Switching to different type of network (2g/3g/4g)
- Putting on/off the plane mode
But at the end, I am forced to have the wifi enable to get data.
Any idea how to fix that ?

gard.sebastienHave a word with your carrier operator by calling there customer care and ask them for manual APN settings and see if that helps.I have just tried that, but it doesn't change anything.
Also, under APN (before and after the reset), it says "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user"
