ZenFone 8 (I006D) >>>"failed to unlock the device please try again"

Hi all,
When I try to unlock my device
(Asus Zenfone 8 ZS590KS I006D)
using the unlock tool
(AsusUnlock_1.0.0.7_210127_fulldpi.apk)
it says "failed to unlock the device please try again [21003]"!
Can anyone tell me what to do please?

My Android version is WW-31.1010.0410.43
Android 12

@ me it is only the Face unlock service acting as an app. As in any app you can go to Storage & Cache and Clear all storage (all settings and user info), so the system will aks you to set it up again.

I've even tried to format the smartphone and there's also no way to unlock it with the Asus app.

What was the problem?

Problem with the phone registration from the previous owner. Once i gave the phone details etc, everything was solved thanks to "Kris_ASUS"!
