zenfone 8 crash while phone call with wired headset

Zenfone 8 freezes during call when I use a wired headset.
If I use logtool to gather the log, it never freezes.
That's why no one can provide a crash log.
This is very strange.
My firmware :ww_31.1010.0411.122 .
Please find and fix it, because it is a very old issue.

Feeling pretty annoyed that I didn't check the forums before buying my ZenFone 8...

I called tech support and they denied it was a problem and said I would need to send my phone away to get it resolved.

I do not use an MDM application and twinapps are not enabled.
I think that if it was important for ASUS to correct this error, it would have done so a long time ago. Already in 2021, this error was reported on zentalk. They automatically close these forums one after the other, waiting until the whistleblower gets bored. Not a professional attitude, especially since I think this is a very big and significant issue. There is a jack, but you cannot use it to make calls.

Already did. Haven't called using headphones yet, but will try to see if it is stable. Thanks for informing us that the security update also included this bug fix (release notes don't mention it).
