Youtube Autoplays after pausing

Youtube videos will play automatically 5 seconds after you press the pause button. Extremely infuriating and only happens on zenfones. Please fix

I have the following problem: YouTube Premium auto play does not work with the screen off but it does work with the screen on. So far I have not read any solution to this problem.

I found that the Background App Management was the cause of the problem, I turned off the Background App Management and now Youtube auto play is working correctly.
