wifi not work zenfone 8 after android 13 upgrade

exactly 1 year of using asus zenfone 8 suddenly wifi doesn't work, hotspot doesn't work, and GPS doesn't work properly. all this started when I upgraded to android 13.
the warranty has ended suddenly an event like this happened. can I get an additional warranty?
previously I never experienced problems while using android 12

Nice. I was denied a repair even though my warranty was still valid.

😨it's a long story actually. mine was denied two times along the process. 1st because warranty already expired, but then they change their mind. 2nd, while sending for diagnose. they said not covered because got damage (back glass cracked). all I do is pray and talk nicely. maybe it was my luck that they give me free repaired.

I got the same problems. The wifi, GPS and hotspot was not working after upgrade.

I have sent my phone to repair center. But they ask me to replace a new motherboard with charges.

It is so disappointed to me. I start to using Asus mobile since Zenfone Pad. But never try my machine have firmware issues before.

It is quite disappointed.

They make system updates that blow up the logic board and then do not even guarantee warranty replacement. Then they also have the courage to ask how the experience with the service center went. They really want to be taken to bad words.
