Not able to register Asus Zenfone 8

Hi,

I am not able to register my newly purchased Asus Zenfone8 phone.

When I am trying to register, it says "Product is already registered."

I purchased the new phone from Flipkart.com. I have valid bill.

If it is new, then how it's possible that product registered already.

The same situation! Somebody (moderator) from here wrote me PM asking personal information plus photos, told after that he will register for me etc, etc; but eventually disappeared without answer and the situation remained unchanged! Cannot register since the phone was already registered by the former owner! I bought it from a second hand electronics shop with all the papers OK including guarantee from them. I see this is a very common problem complaining about in this forum. Why these things seem to be so complicated here to be solved??? I did not expect so unserious and poor support from a leading multinational company!!! Very disappointed!
