LocationService

A warning from PowerMaster began to pop up that the LocationService service was using GPS in the background.

This happens after I come home, and turn off the mobile Internet and turn on Wi-Fi.

This has happened several times already!

Why this happens, I don't know.

I didn't do anything with my smartphone!

thats the new update! it was 22.44.17 before, which had the problems with location services.

Uninstalling the update didn't help for me. Google Play kept updating the app to 22.44.17 as the latest.
So I downloaded and installed the latest version of Google Play Services from ApkMirror (https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/) and after restarting the phone, the problem seems to be gone.

If you are unable to uninstall app updates, then you need to disable Google Smart Lock in the security and lock screen settings.
