Dear Asus,
I noticed the front camera when used with other apps has a serious "focus" problem.
While this can be acceptable (although disappointing) for casual shots on whatsapp,
it happened to be a serious problem when using an app for government requirements and i could not take a picture where both my face and my ID card were in focus.
I would have switched camera if I could, but the app didn't support that.
My filing was rejected.
Should I just blame these apps or do you think there's a chance of improving on this?
Thanks for your attention

Kris_ASUSYes sir! I made a whole thread here about it a few days ago with even video proof and nobody has seen to take a look at it. Here is the link: https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/50831/choppy-3rd-party-video-recording-issue-with-proof-compa...https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/177535#Comment_177535
Hi @off2fly115
Could you tell me which app you refer to?
We'll test it right away.
