Firmware: 31.1010.0411.160 flash light not working

After updating to firmware 31.1010.0411.160 flash light no longer is working

For me, this IS small problem and i will not resolving this

Still getting some failure on the flashlight, this also effect the camera app. Only a reboot seems to temporarily fix the issue.

I think it's a bug in the face unlock feature disable it I can get flash light function back with reliably.
