File Manager data keep increasing problem!

My file manager data keep increasing, it's 5gb now and keep increasing. I wnna know what those 5gb data is and where it located. Can anyone tell me the specific information of it? I'm afraid if i delete it, my other apps data gon be lost or any important data. Helpp me..
