Feedback - Additional Option under Settings > Support

Asus should add a "feedback" in the settings where users can report a bug, send a suggestion or whatsoever about the system. It will also help asus developers to receive feedbacks easier.

From zenfone 2 i remember that such option was available in all asus apps.

What asus app? It should not be a separate app. It should be integrated in the Settings app.
