Cant connect to pc

When I'm in Android 11 I can connect to pc effortlessly but after updating to 12 I can't connect.. Pc does not detect and phone-only charging

Check with another cable, this one seems broken, in the screenshot it is not charging according to the battery icon at the top

Forget to mention..that screenshot i just capture..but it show only charging if real one..i can't find examples because I'm not in front my pc
