Call bugs issues. Unable to play During Call

Hi Friends,
i have big problems. if i play music, the sound is too low. the sound of notification on incoming whatsapp just "tit", not the ringtone what i choose before..
the issues like my phone is on call always in background,then all sound is too low.
i hope can anyone help me.Thank you

Please could you provide further information in order to understand better your issue:
1.Which app are you using to play music? Does this happen only with that specific app?
2.What do you mean with the sound is too "low"? Too low while playing music or once you received the call?
3.Does this happens when you received a call through What´s App or also for regular calls?
