ASUS Zenfone 8 unable to wifi network and unable to start hotspot

Just today I cant use wifi, it cant detect network and my hotspot it not turning on.

Tried to find some fix but no success. In forums it says that the cause was updating to Android 13 but updated my device a few days ago. 

Did try to factory reset and did not help. Caused me huge amount of data to install needed apps. 😭

All of a sudden, as of today, I cannot use wifi anymore. UI says it is turned on, but no wifi networks are visible (they are working as expected on my other devices). Was there an update that caused this bug? Let me know what info I can provide to help you troubleshoot this issue. Data transfer (via sim) still works as expected.
