ASUS Zenfone 8 unable to wifi network and unable to start hotspot

Just today I cant use wifi, it cant detect network and my hotspot it not turning on.

Tried to find some fix but no success. In forums it says that the cause was updating to Android 13 but updated my device a few days ago. 

Did try to factory reset and did not help. Caused me huge amount of data to install needed apps. 😭

Downgrade it to A12 and live happily ever after.

@ZT-f8a9bf81  Did you downgraded your Zenfone 8 Flip? Yes, downgrading to A12 will fix the problem, but right after downgrading Asus will try to force you to upgrade to A13 again. So your advice is not a permanent solution.
