Asus Zenfone 8 speaker

I've had the Zenfone 8 for about two weeks. As of a couple days ago, while on phone calls, I hear a click sound coming from the speaker which sounds very similar to the camera shutter sound. I hear the sound about once a minute. Does anyone have the solution for this or know the reason this happens ? Thanks,

Disable smart screen in Display options, this caused it for me.
