After swiping down then up, I can continue to scroll down indefinitely

It's a bit difficult to explain. When I swipe down to see the icons about internet, sound etc. and then swipe the white part down, then swipe upwards, I get a black screen with two thin green lines on either side. I can scroll this screen down indefinitely. There's no end to it that I found.

Ah, looking in https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/60304/new-update-31-1010-041061 this seems to be an issue with the use of a VPN. I use a local VPN for AdGuard, so that may be the cause.
