Is it possible to open and close the Flip camera from a Java program?

I want to implement camera open/close operation like standard camera app using zenfone 8 flip. I don't know how. Can you give me some advice? Do vendor SDKs exist?

I might be wrong here but I think it's as simple as triggering the camera ID that refers to a "front camera" and the driver will automaticly call the mechanism to flip the cameras.
