Nah they're aren't any fast either
Asus's own Zenfone 6 (2019) got android 11 faster than OnePlus 7 series which is still in beta and Samsung S10 series, samsung had to recall update once due to bugs
Zenfone 7 is taking a while due to some wifi bug they're having a hard time to fix and you can blame the late launch of the phone too a bit imo, the phone got beta 1 around mid October

Yup their phones running on OOS too delayed their update cycle because of that
The mid range Nord too halted updates for a while due to a lot of bugs reported by the users in A11
