My phone restarted and there was no sound, no calls, no bluetooth sound, no microphone, no audio, nothing on the phone, I downgraded by sideload and nothing, wipes and nothing, I don't know what happened

I already did it, as I said before, I even changed the ROM by downgrading and updating again and nothing
