Play/Pause Screen Off Gesture issue

Music play/Pause gesture ( || on screen off) pauses music at first but automatically resumes it again after a few seconds even though I didn't touch the screen again. Anyone noticed the same issue?
The other screen off gestures are working fine

Still happening on newest update. (29.13.7.24)

I also noticed it only happens when I try to pause music. Using the || gesture to continue playback works fine
