Ota updates dead?

This is the third time since the end of the beta program I have had to update manually so is the ota function broken,, still,,or has it got something to do with being on the beta program??
I don't think I will be signing up for anymore beta programs

At least did you signed out from the beta testing program? Should be a notice on that mail for beta testing where you can sign out of the program. Donno exactly how the process works (never been in beta) , but I suppose that once you get the confirmation only then you can install the full non beta software. Probably you already did it, simply just saying. Cheers

Yeah I did what they asked which is simply to update to the A12 Non beta OS when it ended which I did but still no ota,s . I have received one ota since the end of the beta program so I know that I did sign out,do to speak.
It's not really a big deal as I am in the process of buying a new phone then this will be a spare so it doesn't matter if it gets ota,s or I have to do it manually

Same problem here, no OTA Updates. I'm also coming from beta.
And the comment is right, we were told to just make sure we did get the stable update or a newer version.
