Not everybody likes non stock implementations... For me personally I like stock implementation so I would not like an option as the 3rd one you said. For that there are some other vendors like Xiaomi who rely on heavy modifications of UI. I have chosen Asus for the stock look and feel

Doesn't need to be exactly like I said, just a options to toggle inside system preferences and you can hide or show the system configurations it will be very useful.

Also some automation can be very useful for save time and touches. For example

Bluetooth turn off after 2 minutes without a device connected
WiFi on and connect = Mobile data off
WiFi off or not connected = Mobile data on
