Ghost image of driver and paraplane is displayed on video (please see attached video file). Format 1920*1080, OIS is On. What is the reason of this issue, and how it can be fixed?

Please reset camera setting to default and clear camera cache.
Also please make sure to be on the latest firmware version 30.41.69.89

This issue is usually caused by to slow shutterspeed. I think it might be a bug and rather unusual, try to clear camera cache and see if it changes anything.
