Flip camera tool shortcut does not work

When using the flip camera tool swipe up shortcut, it does not show up

Just to say that it's not yet fixed in the 29.14.53.14 ota

29.14.53.14 here too and the "Tap Icon" mode doesn't seem to work anymore, only the swipe gesture works for me.
