Charging led always enabled when USB is inserted

Firmware Version: WW_30.41.69.143
Rooted or not: no
Frequency of Occurrence: each time
APP Name & APP Version: Led indicator

There is no way to permanently disable Led indicator when charging.
I disable the option and as soon as I connect the charging cable the option re enables itself and I have to manually turn it off.
