Jeśli chcesz by ktoś się tematem zajął to trzeba napisać po angielsku.
Co do samego problemu to na 100% coś zrobisz źle po stronie połączenia/parowania/urządzenia które ma odtwarzać dźwięk via bluetooth.
Zenfony 7 mają moduł bt i łączą się zasadniczo z wszystkim co jest kompatybilne (ba, nawet takie najtańsze moduły by z aliexpress do samochodu).
W ostateczności jeśli jednak będziesz przekonany, że to wina sprzętu odwiedź asus-serwis.pl i załóż rma, przyjedzie kurier zabierze sprzęt do naprawy do Koszalina (oczywiście gdy posiadasz gwarancje).

1.Confirm that you are on the latest firmware version
2.Try going to system settings -> system -> reset options -> reset wifi, mobile & bluetooth reboot your device and try pairing it again.
