Your choice, but in my opinion v.119 was not as stable as v.110 what is more, battery usage too - better on v110.
But of course try it and tell how You it.

.119 is not available for download because it hasn't been approved by Google for EU. Next FOTA for EU (which will not happen during Chinese New Year) will be a newer version.

I have updated and factory resetted afterwards. I feel .110 was better with battery.
