What's the difference between WW and country specific variants ?

Can anyone carify the differences between WW and country specific variants in OS? In the release note I don't see any differences in updates but fixes irrespective of counties.

I have printed C.P/N:ZS630KL-2A002EU on my box. I bought it in EU.

Thanks mine is also C then.

But mine isn't C but A version.
Only hardware variant A has all the necessary channels for Europe.
