Hi. Why it's not possible to record video during phone call? Its the most stupid restriction I've ever seen.

Because of security. It's an android restriction so if you want, you can take it up with Google 🙂

you can, may be try using earphone,
and I've tried without earphone too it works with Pie OS not sure on 10
