Irene2_ASUSYes I have checked as you suggested and my email id is correct.Could you try also the following;
- Try to check if you can log in to https://account.asus.com/ and check on https://account.asus.com/login_management.aspx if your email is correct or not?
- Could you also try to log in to https://zentalk.asus.com/en with a PC browser?
