Unable to hear media sound sometimes while using Bluetooth headphones

From past few days I am unable to hear media sound but I am able to hear notification sound while using Bluetooth headset... I need to restart my device to come back to normal... If anyone knows what's the problem please help....

Hi Please share -
Firmware:
Go to setting => About => Software information.
Also, have you tried with a different earphones?
Check under safe mode if default Apps like YouTube works.
Safe Mode:
Hold power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
