first 3 weeks of use. But it will of course depend on your device and how frequently you use it.

I surely hope not. That would be a lot of bad luck. I'm really sorry if this is the case. If you need to send the 2nd device for repair, then check with our support if they can give you special treatment since you've already had one faulty device

I have already contacted them and they asked me to take it to the service center. I have taken it to service center and an hour ago they have updated me that the issue is with motherboard.
