What exactly does this do? Any real noticable benefit from using this?
Any pros/cons to using this vs not using it

Cons = you will probably not receive notifications from the apps you use it on
The difference between this and auto-restart manager is that Super Clean force stops apps and auto-restart manager makes sure they can't start again
