JituApparently no comment. Still waiting too.I've spoken to Amazon and they said ASUS has to put a request through so that Amazon can whitelist devices that doesn't support HD streaming. While asus says that a FOTA update will be released soon that will make this happen. Need a clarification on this. Could anyone from the ASUS technical team comment on this?

JituSure, this was done last year - and we have ZenFone 6 devices successfully streaming FHD on Amazon Prime, in Europe, Taiwan, India, etc.I've spoken to Amazon and they said ASUS has to put a request through so that Amazon can whitelist devices that doesn't support HD streaming. CH_ASUSAny updates on US HD Prime Video playback? I really was looking for a Samsung flagship replacement phone when I got this phone. So far, it has been an over average experience 7/10. No complaints for value. However, with a little more focus on compatibility and stability, this phone is definitely worth the switch over to Asus.
