I've never encountered this issue before. I have no idea which app to clear storage (which is the solution for general issues)
How/when did this happen? The only solution I can think of right now is a total reset which is no fun but I don't know what else to do.

If the screenshot status is the same in safe mode?
If it is still abnormal, try factory reset.

I restarted it 4 to 5 times and it worked finally.
